Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa Puerto Morelos

This was my really amazing stay in addition to a fabulous wedding. Loved staff and food.

The staff and food at the hotel were excellent, everything was perfect. Comfy beds, a safe, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge in the room. It was 24 mins drive to the airport.

You guys made my stay really nice. The hotel itself was attractive and clean with nice staff and food.

Nothing to complain about, a very nice experience, ca n't wait to come back. Fairly clean hotel, brilliantly friendly personnel, perfect breakfast. The airport is 19 miles away.

Everything was great, this hotel had updated rooms and its breakfast was quick. Every staff member was fabulously friendly and accommodating.

Relaxing hotel, professional staff, ideal location right on the beach. Well-kept, brand-new rooms, clean swimming pools. Good meal and excellent service. Lobby was superb.

Very positive stay in the local area. I loved the hotel, it was beautiful designed and clean. Neat, convenient rooms and amazing bathrooms.

The rooms with bathroom facilities, lovely balcony, a fridge. Location: the hotel was near to the ocean as well as the Now Sapphire due to the delayed opening of the Natura.

The place was bright and restaurant was terrific. Outstanding service, accommodating staff. Got delicious breakfasts with fish and pork and beef.

Room was bright and beautifully designed, large beds.

I loved everything here, it was lovely. Great service, bright room and stylish bathroom. Staff was lovely and was willing to help. The hotel was set in a super central area. Besides, it was close enough to the Now Sapphire due to the delayed opening of the Natura, restaurants, the beach. Nice pool area too.

Food was fantastic and rooms were welcoming and immaculate. Toast, vegetable and milk provided. The staff was very efficient and was willing to help. Top, spectacular location.

Spotless and moderate place with apologetic staff. I loved that room was executive king and fashionable. The breakfast I had was hot with pork and Blue grill and beef.

stuff and food where ideal, i loved that. it was a calm area, a perfect base for me. exceptional view, a big balcony, big bed, too. they made my stay wonderful. early check-in, late check-out.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were efficient. I was given nice sized and well kept room, just how I expected it to be. Really unforgettable stay in a picture perfect hotel.

good base for exploring puerto morelos. it was a great stay in the lovely area. send regards to concierge. enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant barefoot grill, no need to go somewhere else.

Helpful staff and great swimming pool.

Our favorite hotel in Puerto Morelos, staff was FRIENDLY. We had an ocean view from our room. There was a Very good food.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit crococun zoo. 30 minutes by car from the airport...

Easy access to what Puerto Morelos has to offer, only 1 mile to crococun zoo. The lobby bar was available on the premises. The bed was amazing, best sleep ever❤
